The evening before Thanksgiving in the middle of cooking for dinner on Thanksgiving, the alarm goes off warning us there was water on the basement floor. It seemed to be coming out of the bottom of the hot water heater. Our regular plumber has retired, but I remembered seeing a post on KS Community about Rob coming to the rescue of someone else who wasn’t a customer of his. I called him, explained the situation and he was actually at our home within a half hour. He was very efficient, and I’m very grateful. He is our new plumber.
